Winter retreat at Bath, January 21-23, 2011
Wade and Ann hosted our third January retreat at their place on the Pamlico River near Bath. We celebrated our Tenth Anniversary since it was in late January 2001 that Anne first emailed Mike about playing the fiddle, which was the spark that started what would become SSB. Heidi, Jerry, Erin, and Lena also came, and our music and dance friends Karen and Dennis Modlin from Bath and Donna Peletier from LaGrange joined us Saturday night. Once again Scotty Mason prepared roasted oysters on Friday, and fixed a delicious seafood stew on Saturday.
